Boot Camp Classes

Using the benefits of HIT (high intensity training), our boot camp classes accommodate beginner to advanced athletes. We welcome those who are just starting or re-entering their journey into health and fitness and will make sure you have the proper guidance and support every step of the way. Children are always welcome.

Personal Training

Personal training tailors your workouts to help you reach your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain fitness, maintain your level of fitness, or get excited about your workouts, we will help you get there!   

Our personal training sessions are for everyone - not just triathletes! We use weighted medicine balls, stability balls, weights, and more to achieve a program to achieve your individual goals. Children are always welcome.

Individual Coaching

Our personal coaching sessions address the specific areas on which you would like to focus as an athlete. They involve lactate threshold testing, nutrition and wellness plans, individually-tailored workouts, and much more.

Online and Distance Coaching

Our personal coaching experience can also successfully be done long distance. These sessions involve much of the above as well as conference calls on an as-needed basis and video reviews.

Kids Who TRI

We offer a variety of programs for children of all ages. Kids are always welcome to participate in workouts with their moms. We often coordinate registration for special kids-only races and other fitness activities. Email
